Biden Commutes Killers Sentences/Does not spare several notorious murderers
President Joe Biden has commuted the sentences of dozens of people sitting on death row, meaning they will now not face the death penalty.
These prisoners will instead serve life without the possibility of parole.

The oldest living survivor of the 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor and the last remaining survivor of the USS Utah has died. Warren Upton passed away Wednesday at a hospital in California. He was 105.
