Hugh Hewitt hosts The Hugh Hewitt Show weekdays at 3 PM ET / 2 PM CT on Salem News Channel. The show covers news, interviews, and analysis of political and cultural events, featuring experts, officials, and other guests to provide listeners with detailed information on current issues.
Hewitt is a tenured faculty member at Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law, teaching Constitutional Law since 1995. A Harvard and University of Michigan Law School graduate, he served nearly six years in the Reagan Administration.
He has authored over a dozen books, including two New York Times bestsellers, and earned three Emmys co-hosting PBS’s Life & Times. Hewitt is a Fox News contributor, has appeared on major networks, and contributed to leading publications. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, has three adult children, and is a lifelong Ohio sports fan.
