WASHINGTON, March 12 (Reuters) – The Trump administration has told U.S. oil companies and shipping groups to prepare for a potential waiver of the century-old Jones Act governing domestic shipping, signaling the White House could soon ease restrictions to help move fuel around the country, two sources familiar with the discussions told Reuters.
