Democrat Casey concedes Pennsylvania Senate race, boosting Republican majority

(Reuters) – Democratic Senator Bob Casey of Pennsylvania on Thursday said he was conceding a closely fought race to Dave McCormick in a Republican victory that boosts the party’s majority in the upper chamber.
