US appeals judge’s ruling that it likely violated order on Venezuela deportations

NEW YORK (Reuters) – The U.S. Justice Department on Wednesday appealed a federal judge’s ruling that the Trump administration could face contempt charges for violating a court order to halt deportations of alleged members of a Venezuelan gang.
