US judge tosses Trump administration lawsuit against Maryland federal court over immigration order

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -A U.S. judge on Tuesday threw out an unusual Justice Department lawsuit against every federal trial court judge in Maryland challenging a court order that blocked President Donald Trump’s administration from immediately deporting migrants contesting their removal.
