15 States Sue Biden-Harris Administration To Block Feds From Giving Free Healthcare To Illegal Migrants

A group of 15 states, led by Kansas, is suing the Biden-Harris administration to block the federal government from giving free healthcare to foreign nationals that are in the United States Illegally.
That free healthcare would be provided through the taxpayer funded Obamacare.
At the heart of the lawsuit is a rule change that would classify DACA recipients as ‘lawfully present’. Obamacare is only eligible to citizens of the US, and people who are here legally.
By changing the rule – it allows DACA recipients access to Obamacare, which according to the complaint is illegal.
According to reports, about 700,000 - 800,000 DACA recipients live in the U.S
