A 19-year-old man is under arrest in connection with the stabbing death of a Virginia woman.
Fairfax County police say Alexis Antonio Cedillos-Campos is charged in the killing of 42-year-old Carmen Lizet Puch.
She was found unconscious Monday morning near her car in Great Falls.
Police say she had upper-body trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Federal sources say Cedillos-Campos is an undocumented immigrant from El Salvador who entered the country through El Paso, Texas, under the Biden administration in 2024.
