Gaza's Health ministry said Saturday that one of the strikes hit a school-turned-shelter in Gaza City’s eastern Tufah neighborhood killing at least six people. Hospital officials said that seven people were killed in another strike on a tent in the southern city of Khan Younis. The Israeli army said that the strike targeted a militant belonging to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group. Israel announced the first delivery of aid to war-battered northern Gaza since a new military campaign there began last month.
HISPANICS TREND TO TRUMP/COULD THREATEN THE “BLUE WALL”
From Pennsylvania to Florida to Texas, areas with high numbers of Hispanics often had little in common on Election Day other than backing Republican Donald Trump over Democrat Kamala Harris for president. It was a realignment that, if it sticks, could change American politics. Texas and Florida are already reliably Republican. The shift might even make it harder for Democrats in states such as Arizona and Nevada.
