Biden-Harris Administration Sues Alabama For Purging Non-Citizens From Voter Rolls

8 weeks ago The DOJ is suing Alabama after they say the state removed non-citizens from the voter rolls too close to election day.
The people in question on the rolls were given non-citizen identification numbers – which are issued by the IRS to make sure people who citizens are not, pay taxes and can get a driver’s license.
However, Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen saying that he will not tolerate noncitizens voting in elections, so he removed more than 3,200 registered voters from the rolls – who were issued noncitizen identification numbers by the Department of Homeland Security.
And even though the DOJ has filed a lawsuit to make sure the noncitizens remain on the rolls, Allen says he won’t back down adding that it is his Constitutional duty to make sure that only American citizens vote in elections.
