Bond Reduced For Trans Illegal Migrant Charged With Raping 14-Year-Old Boy In NYC Bathroom

A transgender migrant who is in the country illegally allegedly raped a 14-year-old boy in New York City.
According to police – Nicol Suarez allegedly followed the boy into the bathroom of a bodega and assaulted him. After the attack, they said, the boy ran out of the bathroom and asked for help from people who then contacted police.
The 30-year-old, who is originally from Columbia and is a biological male was arrested the following day and charged with first-degree rape.
Suarez was wanted in both New Jersey and Massachusetts at the time and ICE had issued a detainer that wasn’t honored because of the city’s sanctuary city status.
Many are now pointing to New York City Eric Adams, AG Letitia James and Gov. Kathy Hochul saying they are responsible for the attack, because they are refusing to comply with Federal immigration law or cooperate with Border Czar Tom Homan.
Democrat Judge Elizabeth Shamahs lowered the bond from $1.5 Million to $250,000 according to online court records.
