Vivek Ramaswamy's attack ad on Amy Acton has gone viral—and not in a good way. It features her estranged mother calling her a liar, but leaves out that Acton was removed from her custody after her stepfather was charged with raping her at age 12. Even conservatives are calling it a low blow that casts doubts about Ramaswamy's candidacy. Contrast that with Tad Jude, the Republican candidate for Minnesota Secretary of State. Jude's nostalgic ad takes a softer approach—and some are calling it a little too nice.
