Escaped Tennessee Murderer Possibly Linked To Wisconsin Bank Robbery

(Tiptonville, TN) -- The manhunt for an escaped Tennessee murderer is expanding as investigators look into a possible connection with an armed bank robbery in Wisconsin. Authorities say 28-year-old Jacob Morley has not been ruled out as a suspect in a robbery that happened Tuesday in Deerfield. Two bank employees were restrained and a vehicle was stolen. Meanwhile, surveillance footage indicates a pickup truck Morley allegedly stole after escaping prison was abandoned in Marion, Illinois early Monday, nearly 30 hours before police discovered it. Morley escaped from the Northwest Correctional Complex Sunday night while serving a life sentence for murder. He remains at large, with a 17-thousand-500-dollar reward offered for information leading to his arrest.
