Judge Orders Slavery Exhibit Restored At George Washington’s Philadelphia Home

A federal judge has ruled that the Trump administration must restore a slavery exhibit at Independence National Historical Park, which highlights nine people enslaved by George Washington.

The display was removed last month following a Trump executive order aimed at reshaping how American history is presented at federal sites.
