Kentucky Offering Drive-Thru Voting For Nov. Election

For the first time, Kentucky is offering drive-thru voting for next month's midterm elections.

Jefferson County Clerk David Yates said this election will have a central voting center where anyone in the county can vote. he believes this will make it more convenient for residents to cast their votes and increase turnout.

The center will be at the fairgrounds and it'll only be open on Election Day.

Since state law requires voting to happen indoors, the drive-thru will be inside. People will also be able to park and go inside.
