Man Shot, Wounded By ICE In NYC With Child In Car

(Bronx, NY) -- New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani was joined by other officials last night as they addressed crowds in the Bronx after ICE agents shot a man who was in his car with his five-year-old son. The mayor repeatedly told them he wanted ICE out of the city and away from kids. Oscar Belgal, a native of the Dominican Republic, was shot in the neck below his ear. He's in stable condition and in ICE custody. The child is with family.
