Michigan Judge Rules RFK Jr. Must Remain On Ballot

6 weeks ago Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is continuing his fight to get his named removed from ballots across the nation after a judge in Michigan ruled that he has to stay on the ballot in the key battleground state.
The independent candidate filed a lawsuit asking to be taken off, because he withdrew from the race for President – and staying on could siphon votes from President Donald Trump.
In the decision, the judge wrote that the Secretary of State... is not obligated to honor the whims of candidates for public office."
Officials denied his request in Wisconsin and North Carolina; however, Arizona, Florida, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas have agreed to remove him from their ballots.
