Military Carried Out Complex, High-Risk Mission Over Iran

Joint Chiefs Chairman Dan Caine said 125 American military aircraft participated in the mission. He said Iran’s fighters did not fly and U.S. jets went undetected. Caine said the final battle damage assessment will take time, but it’s initially believed that all three targeted nuclear sites “sustained extremely severe damage and destruction.”
