More Than 100 Students Without Bus Service, As State Funds Buses For Illegal Migrants

8 weeks ago The Parents of 150 students from, a school district outside of Boston, were told that their kids were losing bus service because the state doesn’t have enough money, buses or drivers to take them to school.
However, according to local media the move comes at the same time that the state started paying to provide school buses for the kids of more than 200 illegal migrants.
A letter sent from the Superintendent of Schools said it was unfortunate that they were not able to provide bus service for the students, saying an increase in bus transportation applications, and budget restraints resulted in the district having one fewer bus than the prior year.
