Nor'easter Hits East Coast With Coastal Flooding, Strong Winds

The nor'easter that took aim East Coast isn't gone just yet. While forecasters predict that the worst is over with heavy rain and strong winds leaving coastal flooding, downed trees and power outages from the Outer Banks to New England, the weakened storm is expected to loop back around between New Jersey and Long Island on Monday.
