One Arrested, Another Sought After Seattle Festival Shooting Kills Three

One suspect is in custody and another remains on the run after a shooting at Seattle's annual Bite of Seattle food festival left three people dead and four others injured Sunday evening.
Police said the gunfire broke out around 6 p.m. beneath the Space Needle as crowds gathered for the popular event. Two victims died at the scene, while a third later died at a hospital.
Four others, including a 2-year-old boy, were hospitalized and are reported to be in stable condition.
Seattle Assistant Police Chief Tyrone Davis said investigators believe the two suspects were shooting at one another and that the violence was not a random attack.
Authorities say there is no ongoing threat to the public as detectives continue searching for the second suspect.
