Parts of the Plains, Midwest and Great Lakes will face the threat of floods through the weekend. Today, the heaviest rain is set to impact millions in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois. Tomorrow, storms will move south to Des Moines and Chicago.
