The Supreme Court recently ruled that affirmative action in college admissions is unconstitutional. There has been a lot of misinformation about what the laws say regarding this issue. Julie has combed through the 14th Amendment and the Civil Rights Act as well as the Court's previous rulings on affirmative action --- she explains what the law really says --- and addresses some non-legal, moral arguments on the topic.
