After calling off a fresh round of strikes against Iran, President Donald Trump says the two sides have resumed talks to wind down the war.
Trump said Sunday that he decided not to launch major strikes against Iran at the request of Gulf allies Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
He said a plan had been in place for U.S. forces to carry out "the biggest attack since World War 2".
Now, Trump claims this will be Iran's last chance to make a deal.
