TSA Expects 17 Million Passengers During Labor Day Long Weekend

7 weeks ago Transportation Security Administration has warned that this holiday weekend would be the busiest Labor Day travel period in history. TSA predicts that 17 million passengers will pass through U.S. checkpoints during the Labor Day long weekend.

The holiday travel surge period started August 28 and ends September 4.

TSA has served a vast crowd of summer travel passengers so far, almost 8.5% higher than bookings last year.
