(Washington, DC) -- Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh is explaining the decision to leave interest rates unchanged. Following the Fed's announcement Wednesday that interest rates will stand pat, Warsh said the job market remains strong, but persistent inflation remains a problem. He repeated his inflation worries several times to reporters. Warsh said the U.S. is experiencing healthy economic growth, despite ongoing "geopolitical events." Rates remain in a range of three-point-75-percent to four-percent, and the next rate decision will come in December.
