Authorities say four people have been charged in connection with a shooting that killed three people and wounded three others in Virginia. The Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office says Wednesday that all four suspects — two 16-year-olds, a 17-year-old and an 18-year-old — are charged with malicious wounding and felony firearm use. Three were arrested Wednesday morning and the fourth was in a hospital with a gunshot wound. Police said earlier that there was no longer a threat to public safety. On Tuesday evening, 911 calls came in about the shooting at a town house complex in Spotsylvania County, just outside Fredericksburg and about 65 miles southwest of Washington.
