Biden-Harris Admin Sued Over Prisoner Phone Call Charges Forced Onto Taxpayers
1 day ago
Attorney General Ken Paxton just filed his 100th lawsuit against the Biden Harris Administration, this time in an effort to block a new rule by the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) that he says, arbitrarily limits States’ rights and unlawfully burdens taxpayers. Two months ago the FCC issued a rule concerning federal prisoners’ phone calls, preempting state laws and forcing taxpayers to assume increased costs for these communications. The rule arbitrarily and capriciously violates the Administrative Procedures Act.
The Texas Attorney General has sued the Biden – Harris Administration for repeatedly violating the constitution, trying to destroy the nation with open border policies, attempting to take down the oil and gas industry and illegally using taxpayer dollars to censor American citizens. Most recently Paxton blocked the Biden-Harris Administration’s unconstitutional “parole in place” policy that would have unlawfully provided amnesty to more than a million illegal migrants.
