Demolition Of Las Vegas Tropicana Scheduled With Fireworks Show

As the Las Vegas Strip gets ready for the demolition of the famed Tropicana hotel, people who are in Sin City, will also get to see a fireworks show and a drone show.
The demolition for the 22-story Tropicana Club and its 22-story Paradise Tower is scheduled for October 9th at 2:30 in the morning – right after the fireworks display that’s being hosted by the Oakland Athletics.
Which is fitting since a new baseball stadium will be built in it’s place.
Team officials saying they expect to start construction early next year and hope to be done in time for the 2028 season.
The iconic 1950-era hotel closed it’s doors on April 2nd. A new resort will be built close to the stadium.
