Florida Sues Biden-Harris DOJ Over Trump Assassination Investigation

Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody has filed a lawsuit against the Biden – Harris DOJ for blocking the state’s investigation into the 2nd assassination attempt of President Donald Trump that happened at his golf course in West Palm.
Moody is asking the court to make the federal government stop blocking the state of Florida from investigating Ryan Routh – the would-be assassin, While the feds are also looking into the incident.
Governor Ron DeSantis ordered the investigation at the state level, to make sure it was handled properly and with complete transparency, however the DOJ has told Florida they can’t interview witnesses and is asking the state to back down.
Moody says they are violating the 10th amendment and doesn’t want to wait for evidence to disappear, so she’s asking the court to force the federal government to cooperate, or at least stop blocking the state’s investigation.
