Illegal Migrant Charged With Child Rape Released In Massachusetts Because Of Sanctuary Policy

ICE Boston has tracked down and arrested an illegal migrant from Guatemala after the Essex County Superior Court denied their detainer request.
49-year-old Jose Fernando-Perez was charged with multiple counts of aggravated & forcible child rape in Massachusetts but was released back into the community - even though ICE says they put in a detainer request - because of their sanctuary policy.
ICE found and arrested him in Framingham, MA, and he remains in federal custody.
Meanwhile, in Colorado “Operation Return to Sender” has arrested multiple illegal migrants in recent days, who are now awaiting deportation including every illegal migrant on their 'Top Ten' list
Several are connected to the violent Venezuelan Gang Tren de Aragua
