Joe Biden Gave No Explanation

17 weeks ago President Biden addresses the nation from behind the Resolute Desk in the White House and explains nothing. Why did he withdraw from the presidential race? His answer was completely dishonest — he wanted to pass the torch to a younger generation. If so, why didn’t he do it a year ago?
