Moscow responded calmly on Thursday to threats issued by US President Donald Trump of sanctions in order to end the ongoing war in Ukraine.
"We don't see any particularly new elements here," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said of Trump's statement that he would impose high taxes, tariffs and sanctions.
