San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins says a 20-year-old man has been charged in connection with an attack targeting OpenAI CEO Sam Altman.

Prosecutors say the suspect threw an incendiary device at the gate of Altman’s home on April 10 and threatened a security guard during the incident.

He was later arrested near OpenAI’s headquarters, where police say he made additional threats to burn down the company.

Officials say court documents indicate the suspect was opposed to artificial intelligence and had a list of other technology executives.
