Parked Delta Plane Struck By Japan Airlines Plane While Taxiing At Seattle Airport

5 weeks ago Authorities at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport say a Japan Airlines plane that was taxiing on the tarmac apparently struck the tail of a parked Delta aircraft Wednesday morning. In a post on X, the airport said there were no injuries and minimal impact to airport operations. A Delta spokesperson said that its Boeing 737 was waiting to have ice removed from its exterior when the wing tip of another aircraft reportedly made contact with its tail. According to the spokesperson, there were 142 passengers onboard Delta flight 1921 to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and no injuries were reported.
