President Joe Biden appeared to fall asleep during an African Summit in Lobito Angola, and it was caught on video.
Biden was at a table with multiple officials from different African countries – when he is seen closing his eyes and putting his hand over his face while the Vice President of Tazania was speaking .
Biden’s eyes stayed closed for more than a minute before coming to and making remarks at the summit.
