26-year-old Alejandro Jose Zarate is being charged with battery, strangulation, physical abuse of a child and second-degree sexual assault. The attack happened in the middle of the day. Ice has confirmed he is an illegal migrant and they believe him to be a member of the violent Tren de Aragua gang.
