3 weeks ago Republican Vivek Ramaswamy will launch his bid for Ohio governor on Feb. 24 in his native Cincinnati, with ensuing events in the Columbus, Toledo and Cleveland areas. A person close to the campaign told The Associated Press that the 39-year-old biotech entrepreneur will begin at Cincinnati’s CTL Aerospace, then deliver remarks at Axium Packaging in New Albany, outside Columbus, later that evening. On Feb. 25, he'll speak at Glass City Center in Toledo and The Local Bar in the Cleveland suburb of Strongsville. The person said Ramaswamy is also set to headline 30 county Republican dinners this spring.
