The Attorney General of Michigan is launching an investigation after a Chinese national allegedly voted in the 2024 Election – which is illegal because that person is not a U.S. citizen so they can’t vote in federal election.
However, The vote of that Chinese citizen - who attends the University of Michigan – will count because there is no way for election officials to find it, once it’s been put through the tabulator.
According to the Secretary of States Office, the 19-year-old voted at U of M’s Museum of Art this last Sunday.
The Chinese citizen is being charged with perjury, and with an unauthorized elector charge. That person is facing up to four years behind bars and a fine of up to $2,000.
