(Reuters) – Elon Musk must attend an emergency court hearing in Philadelphia on Thursday over a lawsuit seeking to stop a political action committee controlled by Musk from awarding $1 million to registered voters in swing states, CNBC reported on Wednesday.
Reuters could not immediately independently verify the CNBC report.
