The Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey Announcing a big win for the country, and the rule of law, as a Federal Court judge issued an order halting the Biden-Harris Administrations ‘illegal’ parole program for migrants.
The Parole program allows illegal migrants to stay in the country after crossing the border, if their spouse is a US citizen. This impacts more than 500,000 illegal migrants, and about 50,000 of their children.
The 14-day stay comes after Bailey, along with 15 other Republican-led states sued the Biden – Harris administration over the program – that’s said to be the most significant migrant relief program since DACA.
Polls show that immigration is a top concern for the majority of voters ahead of November's presidential election.
