VP Vance & Second Lady Expecting 4th Child

SNC has learned that Vice President JD Vance and second lady Usha Vance are expecting their fourth child. In a post on social media, they said the baby is a boy and is due in late July.

The couple met while they were students at Yale Law School and got married in 2014.
